To this end, we are looking for senior reservation team members who can work in the office or remotely, who knows the destination and are customer orientated.

This position’s main responsibilities include, but not limited to, efficient client engagement via phone and email, itinerary planning and creation, costing, client invoicing, phone sales and associated customer service.
The key to successfully convert inquiries into sales and to close bookings is to respond in a timely manner to all travel inquiries and provide efficient client service. You need to be fully familiarized with our website offerings, amongst other, and to sell the full range of travel products that the company offers. Recommend and sell destinations to clients, and stay up to date with the destinations, suppliers, and activities on offer.
Qualities that will help you to excel includes self-motivation, good organizational skills, a team player, time management, problem solving skills and comfortable working independently. For you to succeed, you need to have a computer with MS Office, phone and reliable high-speed internet. We will provide you with a company email address and telephone number via our communications software.
This is a full-time remote position with flexible hours. Great Safaris regular office hours are 8 am to 5 pm PDT Mondays to Fridays, with frequent team meetings.
You will report directly to the CEO, and closely work with our BDM, Guillaume van Wyk, for operational matters.
This position includes a base salary plus commission earning opportunities.
