Day 1-4 Cape Town (4 nights)
Upon arrival at Cape Town Airport you will be met by a Great Safaris Guide who will assist you to the vehicle for the private transfer to your elegant, five star hotel as you commence your Authentic South Africa adventure.

Over these days in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, your activities will include a half-day tour of the city highlights, including a cable car ride to the top of Table Mountain, a full day tour to the tip of Cape Point with a visit to the penguins at Boulder Beach. One day will be at your leisure to fill as you choose; perhaps a full day in the winelands, possibly by bicycle,  or a Cape Malay cooking class.

Day 5-8  Karongwe Private Game Reserve (4 nights)
Wing to Johannesburg and then to Hoedspruit, gateway to the Greater Kruger Park. Arrive at your lodge in time for the afternoon game drive in an open 4 x 4 safari vehicle. Enjoy sundowners in the bush, as you witness the multi-hued African sunset.

Positioned on over 22,000 acres of land, this Limpopo game reserve in South Africa with its lush environment is one of the best locations to spot Africa’s most elusive large cat, the Leopard.  Karongwe is committed to working hand in hand in uplifting its surrounding communities both in terms of employment and wildlife conservation and places great emphasis on the youth in terms of education.

Day 9  Johannesburg – Departure
A final game drive and wing back to Johannesburg in time to connect with your outbound flight. Bid farewell to South Africa.
