Sarova Shaba is a luxurious lodge set in “Born Free” country, as well as the filming location of Survivor 3, where the glories of nature are concentrated in this semi-desert oasis. Spring water flows throughout the Sarova Shaba Lodge to form beautiful water cascades that sparkle into Uaso Nyiro river.
A total of 80 luxury thatch-roofed bedrooms, all tastefully furnished with local material of Mazera stone and timber off-cut walls, face the river, each with sumptuous en-suite bathrooms.
For ultimate luxury, the lodge has a Superior Suite with private jacuzzi and 4 junior Suites to complete the variety of accommodation offered. Lodge facilities include an open-air restaurant overlooking the river, uniquely designed swimming pool, bars and curio shop.
The serene oasis where the Sarova Shaba Lodge is situated is also famous for the crocodiles that live in the Uaso Nyiro River. Guests have the opportunity to see these reptiles from the safety of a viewing platform overlooking the river within the lodge’s grounds.
